Scatter Kindness
Sunday 10th November
at Birmingham ICC
Starts at 10:30 to 16:30
At 11:00 we will be holding in our hearts and thoughts all those who have given their lives with the greatest act of kindness to protect our Queen and country
What is KINDNESS Birmingham? You may or may not have heard of World Kindness Day which is celebrated around the globe on 13th November, whereby hundreds of thousands of people perform random acts of kindness. This can be from helping the elderly, smiling at complete strangers all day, coming together to do a massive city “Mexican Wave”, giving FREE HUGS to strangers, buying a homeless person lunch, putting extra money in a charity tin… you name it and it’s done. The difference is that we are bringing our own event to the ICC in Birmingham and because we want it to be a family affair (and let’s face it, children are our future, so it is them that we should be teaching kindness to), we decided to hold the event on the Sunday before so that we can also celebrate Remembrance Day. |
“The act of kindness is helping another with no expectation of getting anything in return. It is a heart to heart communication, words need not be spoken… it could be a smile, a kind gesture or a donation.”Jacqui Land KeavneyGlobalSoul |
Coming together and sharing Random Acts of Kindness will raise the loving vibration of our city – are you ready to join us?
Kindness can cost nothing, but its value is priceless.Kindness Birmingham believes that the world will be a better place when we all practise kindness daily. For further information please visit the website: www.kindnessbirmingham.co.uk
