ESA, Broken Beyond Repair?  A Suggested Framework for a Wholesale Overhaul

Hi i, thought I might speak on this topic, ESA, Broken Beyond Repair?  A Suggested Framework for a Wholesale Overhaul.  I am interested in views concerning this outline. If it is at all possible it would be helpful to know any particular issues that people might wish to be covered.  The more I know the better prepared I will be.  However, the points you list below are a good start.

As for me?  I am an ex-civil servant of 27 years experience.  I worked for most of my career at the Department for Work and Pensions (and its previous incarnations) in the employment area.  I was a Claimant Adviser for a number of years and used to deliver redundancy talks.  I also worked briefly for Advantage West Midlands and was seconded to the East Birmingham and North Solihull Regeneration Zone, a wholly owned subsidiary of AWM, for over six years as Employment Development Manager.

I cannot promise to answer all the questions that might arise, but I should be able to feed back information after the talk and/or direct people towards useful sources of information.  However, the pensions side of DWP is very much a mystery to me too, but again I can cover some basic matters and point people towards where they may find more detailed information.
