InGREEDients – What’s in it for you?

 

You may have heard that we’ve all been misled and misfed information about what’s good for us in a healthy ‘diet’ plan. The media and government is fickle enough to bounce from one extreme to another and our beautiful Dr’s study little about nutrition and biochemistry, but are given ‘powers’ to control our state of health. So what is right and what is wrong about our food plate?

Magnus would like to invite you on a journey to find out what’s really in the products we consistently consume, so please do bring your food labels to his presentation.

 

As always it will be informative and interactive and the ultimate guest appearance will be… YOU! Bring your questions and mindset challenges.

 

Magnus would also like to request that you start by becoming the change you want to see in YOU and right now over the next two weeks start recording WHAT and WHEN you eat/drink. Become mindful about any judgements you may form about your behaviours. You can print off a Nutritional Form at www.mtenergie.com/howdoistart.php bottom of the page.

 

Those of you who would like to take your health and wellbeing to the next level try this.

Every day over one week, put an X in one of three columns.

  1. Energising your body cells foods – includes all fruit, veg, meats, nuts, seeds, pulses, beans, etc
  2. Party foods – bread, pasta, cereals, soda pops, cake, tinned products, fast food, etc
  3. Addictions – caffeine, alcohol, bread, cereals, etc. Anything you consume every single day and couldn’t do without!

 

If all your X’s added together = 100%, what percentage fits in each column? E.g. 1. 50%, 2. 40%, 3. 10% What percentage would you like in each column? What changes or distinctions do you need to make in order to empower yourself and eat/drink in alignment with your Core/Soul Values?

 

At the end of this presentation you’ll gain clarity about what works best for YOU and you’ll become aware of what to look for when reading InGREEDients.
